When you delete your account, only the published posts you created are automatically assigned and attributed to our bot user called (ghostwriter). here are some additional advantageous reasons for automatically assigning and attributing deleted posts to a bot user:

Preserves link authority: When a post is deleted, the associated link becomes inactive, leading to 404 errors. By assigning deleted posts to a bot user, the platform can redirect the original link to the bot user’s profile, preserving the link authority and ensuring that search engines continue to recognize the content.

Violate Laws or Regulations: Avoid content that breaches any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, without prior notice, especially if it violates these terms.

(B) Rights and Responsibilities

5. Buying on the platform

When you purchase an item from a Seller listed on our platform, you are entering a binding contract directly with that Seller. The terms of the purchase, including the price, payment methods, and shipping details, are solely determined by the Seller. We act solely as a platform and are not involved in the transaction itself.

You commit to paying the Seller the agreed-upon purchase price for any items you buy. In some cases, you might need to provide payment details, such as a credit card number, to finalize the purchase. It’s essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information on your profile.

Please note that we don’t take responsibility or liability for any purchases made through the platform. Any issues or disputes related to the purchase, including the quality of the item, delivery, or payment, should be resolved directly between you and the Seller.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the sale of Products on the Site. Sellers are also responsible for accurately describing Products, providing timely delivery of Products, and resolving any customer complaints. We may suspend or terminate your Seller account if you fail to comply with these Terms or with any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and Nigerpress specific content contained on the Site may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Nigerpress owned content from the Site without our prior written consent.

You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained on the Site.

You may not frame or mirror any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

You may not use any robots, spiders, or other automated devices or processes to access, scrape, or otherwise collect information from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
